The Rates for 2008 are:

The above rates apply to occupancy of one or two people. There is an additional charge of $20 per day for each additional occupant over two years old. (Maximum occupancy is four) Minimum rental is 5 days.  Local taxes are added to the above rental rates.  There is a security deposit of $200 (which will be returned within one week after you depart) and a cleaning fee of $75 for maid service at the end of your stay.  Reservations made verbally will be held for one week, after which we need a $200 deposit to reserve to condo ($500 for monthly rental).  The balance of the payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
